- International Shipping: If some suppliers are based in other countries, outline how international orders are handled, including possible customs duties, taxes, and shipping delays. Delivery & Responsibility:
EGAVAS is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit or after delivery. Please contact the assigned carrier directly to locate or file a claim for a missing package. Ensure your shipping address is accurate and up to date before checkout. Orders returned due to address errors are the responsibility of the buyer, including any re-shipping costs.
International customers may be responsible for import duties or taxes assessed by local customs. These fees are beyond our control and vary by country.
